A large US chain of membership-­based clubs was highly concerned about bacteria levels in their ice machines. A test was then performed on two professionally cleaned ice machines – one was installed with a BSG device and the other was not. The difference in the results was striking, with the concentration of bacteria in all parts of the BSG installed machine maintained at a much lower level for a long period of time than the other machine.
